It has been Six Months since my last…

Thursday, March 27th, 2008

What have I been doing since October? In October, I started working on a project for the modern art museum in Singapore   I spent the last few months writing and researching modern art.  In March,  I taught a workshop for the National Book Council. This week,  I decided to backup my macbookpro before installing the new security pack.  After spending one whole day backing up my information,  I installed the pack and got a very strange emblem on my computer screen.  A blinking question mark on a folder.  What does that mean?   After doing a web search, I found out that the security update probably killed my harddrive. taking in the computer, the computer experts agreed that my harddrive was dead. Now, I have a new hard drive, a new operating system (leopard) and a new interest in Southeast Asian Art.

What You Can Do With An Apple Laptop

When you are bored and don’t feel like working during your commute to work, how about using your built in Apple Camera to create some artwork. Here are two photos I took on Saturday while taking the train to Frankfurt.

We used the photobooth program and turned the camera outside and clicked. I ended up taking 500 photos during the journey. I must say that this is one way to keep yourself amused when things are looking a little dull.
